Located on the second floor of Villa Montepepe, Suite - T Terrace is characterized by a big terrace in marble with a full view of the sea, from Forte Dei Marmi till the Palmaria island just opposite Portovenere. From an ample entrance hall, we have access to the four main areas: a master bedroom, the dining room with a wall equipped with a small kitchen, a spacious living room with two sofas and the master bathroom. The master bedroom has also got an en-suite with a small hallway. The space is the result of a long restoration work that brought to the recovery of Villa through the use of natural materials and also consistent the building that has been classified as “Relevant for its historic and architectonic heritage” by the Italian government bodies. The plasters are made of traditional lime and the pavements are in solid oak wood. The “kitchen” features an old floor from the early 20th century in terrazzo tiles that create a beautiful floral design “carpet-style”. The furniture includes original pieces and exclusive design. In the living room, an old Murano chandelier made of 10 glass transparent arms is the central point of light. The internal doors and windows are original pieces from early 20th century with a three-glass design and french plaster, wooden shutters and sliding curtains on the inside. Two bathrooms, both with bathtub and shower, have white Carrara marble cladding of big dimensions and flooring of pastel colors.
A wall in the living room is equipped as a small kitchen with fridge and cupboard. A vintage dining table with three legs and six Norwegian, triangular-shaped, chairs. Available for the guest a kettle with a tea and coffee kit with cups.
